| Annotation | The concept of claim structure and the principle of material examination are considered in the article. In the first case the question is about an order of research of practicability of the subjective right of the requirement (claim in the methodological relation): occurrence, termination, putting off the realisation of right. In the second case it is said that this order in civil law is invariable. Generally, the attention that these concepts have didactic value at training lawyers is paid. |
