Annotation

The article is focused on the XX century positivist conception of legalindeterminacy. This conception is examined on the grounds of doctrines about law andindeterminacy proposed by the two leading figures in positivism: Hans Kelsen andHerbert Hart. Their relevant views are systematized and a comparative consideration andassessment is given.
