Annotation | On the basis of culturological approach the possible reasons ofinadequate formulations of law terms are considered. Under secondary culturesconditions this factor is an indicator of criminal aspects of real actions of law enforcementbodies as rudiments of their functioning during totalitarianism. By an example of thename of 271 article of the Ukraine’s CPC (Criminal procedural code of Ukraine), whichdoes not correspond to its content, it is made an attempt to analyze the origins of suchnegligence. Such attitude is inadmissible for language of legislation, which terms musthave monosemantic meanings. |
