The article is a theoretical research of the problems of legal sense andgenesis of law. The author states the law originates from repetitive social relations. Therole of state in the law genesis is examined. The author defines law as system of therepetitive social relations which are sanctioned and formalized by the state and representthe just measure of the proper and possible conduct of their participants.
