Annotation

Article is dedicated to analysis of natural law theory, which wasrepresented in «Concept of Law» by H. L. A. Hart, and the consequences that follow fromthis theory for definition of morality, law and its relations. Author proves the relevance toconsider the «minimum content of natural law» not as the common source of moralityand law but as a specific morality of law, which delineate the normative horizon, underlying the law normativity. In this sense, the consequences of natural law concept, represented in «Concept of Law», contrary to Hart’s intention, indicate necessaryconnection between morality and law, which manifest itself on ontological level ofspecific features of common human being, which constitute morality of law and itsrespective law sphere.

Keywords natural law, legal positivism, morality of law, teleology, ontology.
