The article is aimed to logical analysis of the concept of law as the basis for its system representation. A scientific status of comprehending of law as the research program is explained. Three major types of comprehending of law based on three different ways of conceptualizing the law. It is established that the concept of law in legal positivism is expressed in the idea that law does not have its own content. Iusnaturalistic interpretations of the concept of law are expressed in a statement that law always has its  concept of law as judgment of maximum efficiency. It is established that integral projects of interpretation of law does not offer an independent concept of law and therefore they cannot be regarded as a type of comprehending of law.
