Annotation | The article offers a detailed analysis of the factors that reflect the status of legal ideology in Ukraine. It is indicated that the value parameters of legal ideology of the modern Ukraine are in inadequate conditions (in terms of the public interests). There is a deep contradiction between the declaration of the state to ensure compliance with international human rights standards and real axiological parameters of government officials in law-making and law enforcement activities. These parameters are based primarily on defending the ideas of etatism, political expediency, dominance of state interests over the interests of individual, on reluctance to move away from dogmatic, formalist understanding of law as well as on the state refusal of global discourse, based on a scientific basis, the implementation of the first chapter of the Constitution of Ukraine, that would become the core of modern legal ideology. |
