Annotation

The idea of justice embodiment in the law is investigated in the article through the analysis of a legal reality implementation in some aspects of justice. For instance, objective and subjective, general and particular, formal, substantive and procedural aspects of justice are considered, the differences between these forms are established, and value for each regulation is demonstrated. In addition, the peculiarities of interaction between the forms are described and their relationship with other principles of law are defined.
