Annotation

The article is devoted to the general theoretic characteristic of the principle of justice of legal interpretation that is the basis of interpretation activity, in accordance with which the legal rules must be interpreted, taking into account individuality of cases and needs of a concrete man, also founding on the ideas of justice, formed in certain time in certain society, so as everybody has to get that is carried out. It is emphasized that justice is a core category for the whole public law sphere that is testified by its inseparable connection with the law, aspirations of the government to lean on it, as well as its fixing in the constitutional norms of many countries etc. Principle of justice is considered in the article both as an arbiter which supports the balance of legal values while interpreting other principles and as a criterion whether conflict between these legal principles is pulled out. It is also grounded, that principle of justice postulate a number of requirements: impartiality, consideration of specification of relations and individuality of persons, uniformity.
