| Annotation | The article sets forth the historical background and the peculiarities of the legal institution of copyright. The onto-epistemological foundations of classical and non-classical concepts of copyright were allocated. Philosophical sense of the classical conception is in the separation of the theory of original genius and the theory of the common good, and communication is defined as the main component of the non-classical conception of copyright. |
