| Annotation | The article of the famous German legal philosopher A. Kaufmann is devoted to the searching of the so-called «third way» between legal positivism and natural law conceptions. The relation logic of Ch. Pearce is used as methodological basis of the researching. From the similar point of view the phenomenon of law is the relation between the norm and the concrete case. The person is the ontological foundation of such relations. |
