| Annotation | The point about decisive role of classical natural law theories of the New Age in creation of foundation of modern legal reality is juatified on the basis of cultural studies approach. It is offered the hypothesis about peculiarity of mankind’s development from the period ХVІ–ХVІІ centuries up to date, when the science, technology and especially law gain in decisive importance. It qualitatively changed the world both in economical and political dimension that gives reasons to consider this period in history as «the second axial age». The main argument for such statement in legal dimension is spreading and institutialization of the idea of human rights as an equal right of «every» person. |
