| Annotation |
In the article the problems of guaranteeing the human rights are analyzed in the context of globalization processes development and regional integration, which influence the realization of state sovereignty and the order of realizing tasks and functions of the state. A thesis according to which the protection of human rights exceeds the bounds of a separate state's responsibility turning into the matter of the world community and regional integration unions is grounded. The latest ones are normatively determined by those universal legal standards, below which the state has no right to drop, and their infraction can entail application of international legal sanctions. |
