Annotation | The article is devoted to moral foundation of human rights. Main philosophical strategies for reaching this aim are characterized. Author holds that substantive moral arguments for human rights are required and can be found (in this sense theories of discourse are criticized). Author defends an ontological approach on the basis of a broader and realistic concept of human reason that is unimpressed by the argument of a «post-metaphysical era» and the empiricist self-mutilation of moral human reason. |
