| Annotation | The article deals with an attempt of understanding the rule of law from the standpoint of the concept of value-normative legal understanding. Shown that the rule of law is a phenomenon that is called to ensure the integrity and harmony of the system of legal values and the system of legal norms. Substantiated that the rule of law should not be reduced to the principle of positive law, because the sphere of its existence includes also non-normative elements of legal reality (legal values). |
