| Annotation | An attempt of philosophical comprehension of the problems of interaction between technique and law in the cultural and historical aspects is made in the article. It is proved that last centuries should be understood as a new "axial time" in accordance with those power and influence on the planet processes that technique received and also with the new common status of a man where the first (technique) and the second (new status of a man) have rational world outlook and scientific foundations. Taking into consideration the extraordinary role of law in the modern world, it is offered to interpret it as a system Nature — Man — Society — Technique — Law. Firstly the notion «bioputer» as the definition of person who has entirely or partly lost some human (cultural) qualities under the influence of technique and formation of mechanical thinking is offered for scientific use. It is underlined the necessity of humanistic direction of development of law as a phenomenon of culture as it can be an obstacle of uncontrollability of the technique development, first of all in the negative for mankind direction. |
