Annotation The article is devoted to a critical analysis of post-modernism, which acts as a specific legal and philosophical project. There were emphasized on the rejection of any rationality in the study of post-modernism on the paradigmatic level. There were considered some key issues of legal theory (transference of law in the interpretative paradigm, legal narration, end of law), correlating with J.-F. Lyotard's and J. Derrida's postmodern conception and Nietzsche's concept of «l'autre de la raison». There were substantiated the non-juridical nature of postmodern legal project and shown its limitations by the sphere of aesthetics only.
