| Annotation |
The article is devoted to the analysis of the revolution as a source of legal experience. It is proved that the original legal factors are the distinctive features of the revolution compared to other forms of social transformation, as well as consolidation of its results in legal form. The dismantling of the legal order, brought by the revolution, is short-term, after which all the basic institutions of the legal system are restored almost unchanged, since none of the revolutionary authorities can do without legal instruments in building a new society. |
