Annotation | In the article the existing approaches to the determination of the system of comparative jurisprudence are examined, a critical assessment of them is given; the author's vision of formalization of the system of comparative legal science is presented. The special attention is paid to the disciplinary structure of comparative jurisprudence, the most meaningful unit of which are scientific disciplines. The author grounds thus, that comparative jurisprudence comes as a certain slice in all architectonics of jurisprudence and comparative legal scientific disciplines presented as crossing of comparative jurisprudence and corresponding fundamental legal sciences. Consequently, three blocks of comparative legal knowledge, three specialized subsystems of comparative jurisprudence (general-theoretical comparative jurisprudence, historical comparative jurisprudence and branch comparative jurisprudence) are distinguished, each of that consists of certain comparative legal scientific disciplines and research directions. |
