| Annotation | Article is devoted to the problems of teaching comparative legal disciplines. The author highlights a number of concerns and suggestions about the use of discipline instead of «comparative jurisprudence» — discipline «comparative legal-state studies». Special attention is devoted to the selection of the essential differences disciplines «comparative jurisprudence», «legal comparativistics» and «contemporary legal systems». Vector independent research related to analysis of the categories of «convergence mechanism» and «mechanisms of coordination» of contemporary legal systems, in particular, of the legal-state building processes. |
