| Annotation | The aim of the article is to substantiate the relevance and necessity of understanding the legal reality in the context of spatial forms of its existence. Based on an analysis of the development of space research in the social sciences, the article outlines ways to use methodological potential spatial approach to the study of legal reality. Attention is paid to the meaning in today’s spatial aspect of legal thinking, singles out the problem of philosophical reflection legal reality, defined features space research methodology in legal sciences, as well as the ratio of space-law and comparative law. |
