| Annotation | The article deals with possibility of implementation of formation and civilizational (socio-cultural) approaches in the comparative study of law, and in the classification of legal systems and legal families on the international level. On the basis of formational and civilizational approach the author distinguishes three main international systems of law (Islamic, totalitariansocialistic, and liberal-social capitalistic), defines their chief distinctive features, and points on legal families within these systems. |
