| Annotation | Possibilities of displacement of concept tertium comparationis semantic content as transition from its ontological to epistemological interpretation are showed. This transition postulated as gnoseological framework of overcoming of metaphysics. Forming of postmetaphysical legal thinking as independent philosophical discourse supposes recognition of legal comparison speculative effect as the disciplinary philosophical sense-creation within the sphere of jurisprudence. |
