| Annotation | The article is dedicated to the features common to Far-eastern, Hinduism Judaic and Muslim legal systems. The first is «passive abstaining of events»: Far-Eatern — «u-vei», Hinduism — «ahimsa», Muslim — «inshallah». The second all Eastern Legal tradition families is philosophical principle of «balanced world harmony» with its features like «natural» — In Far-Eastern and Hinduism systems and «divine» — in Muslim and Judaic systems. It is proposed to form idea of phenomena «Eastern Legal Tradition» according to these two common tendencies. |
