Annotation | The history of comparative law studies has seen repeated attempts to set out a structure of the global legal environment based on some kind of comparative criteria. Such classifiers include the so-called value bases of legal communities demarcation one of which, in the author’s opinion, is the «style of legal thinking», i. e. the course (manner) of intellectual activities in the legal sphere and such an ontological platform as the «legal liberalism». According to the author, the indisputable benefit of looking at the aforementioned classifiers is that they actually allow the science of law to identify the features of a legal phenomenon which are sometimes hidden behind the facade of the legal dogmatics and to create, together with the comparative criteria pertaining strictly to the sphere of law, a multidimensional legal map of the modern world. |
