The problems of the legal regulation of relations connected with the application of administrative-economic sanctions are investigated in this article and their solutions in the legislation are proposed. In particular, suggestions on the harmonization of norms of the Economic and Civil Codes of Ukraine, which regulate the responsibility of subjects of economic activity, and also on bringing acts of current legislation in accordance with the Economic Code of Ukraine are made.
