This article is devoted to the questions of the perfection of the legal adjusting of entrepreneurial activity, the distinctive feature of which is that development of law can not exceed development of economy and the level of culture conditioned in the society. At the same time much attention is paid to the questions of increase of the role of the state in the processes of development of both market economy and enterprise, as exactly the bodies of authority with the help of modern methods and approaches carry out organization of production and production relations on most territories of different countries. On this basis the priority directions of the perfection of the governmental control of economic activity are offered.
