| Abstract | Article is devoted to the research of a problem of the legal limit of the government in the aspect of securing stability and imperishability of the constitutional system of Ukraine. It is demonstrated, that limits of state-governmental activity are defined by the sovereignty of the Ukrainian people, the rights and the freedom of person and citizen and also realization of the principle of division of the government on legislative, executive and judicial in state-legal practice. The practical problems of the organization and functioning of system of state authorities of Ukraine are analyzed. |
