| Annotation | The features of sources of law in Ukraine under the totalitarianrepressive regime are examined in the article. It is noted that the pace of industrialization and collectivization of agriculture stimulated the dominance of socialist ownership in all spheres of the economy. Changes in the socioeconomic field were reflected in civil legal regulation of social relations. |
