| Annotation | EU institutions actively use the notion «acquis communautaire» in the course of implementing the EU’s foreign policy, especially in the context of admission of new Member States. However, there is no single approach to the uniform interpretation of the scope and content of the «acquis communautaire» in the EU and abroad. This article offers an overview of the scope and content of the «acquis communautaire» and analyses the scope of the notion «accession acquis». The article attempts to identify goals and objectives of the notion «accession acquis». Correlation of the notion «accession acquis» with «acquis communautaire» is also investigated in the article. |
