Answering the 10 question, author discloses his approach to the reasoning of the world of law — legal reality. In the widest sense legal reality is the totality of all legal phenomena. It is necessary to underline, that legal reality includes not only the «legal phenomena», but also each phenomenon, which is relevant to the law — crime, for example. The similar approach allows making complete description of the legal reality in all variety of its manifestations. All legal reality phenomena are organized statically (natural and positive law) and dynamically (idea of law, legislation, living law — legal life). |
