The author in a brief form reproduces the main theses, which were expressed earlier in a more expanded form in the series of books, articles, and public speeches. The author started the analysis of law with the understanding of its ontological bases, which naturally determine the subjective ability of the individual and official institutions to legal judgments; and, secondly, legal forms of social organization, with the development of which society keeps its integrity and acquires a fair opportunity to oppose the social practice of violence legitimately. |
