The author suggests considering law as communicative system of interactions between people who receive special textual sense. The similar sense allows making difference between the law and other social phenomena. Unlike all other types of interaction, legal interaction is institutional (textual expressed, normative and legitimate) interaction between people based on the human rights and duties. The implicit grounds of law as communication are equality, freedom, responsibility, justice, order and stability. |
