Annotation

Temporal ontology of law is an attempt to understand the phenomenon of law, based on the life and time. It is based on the legal Post-Ontological difference — between being of law and legal being.

In contrast to the classical concepts of law, which was interpreted as the right things (ideas, subjects of law, rule of law, etc.) and can therefore be called ontic, temporal ontology of law comprehends the right based on the being, and therefore can be called ontological interpretation of the law.

The main thesis of the temporal ontology of law is the substantiation of the fact, that law is originally the legal being, i.e. «attraction» between the committed deed and its legal consequences, which «exist» in the horizon of the time of the law, so legal modus of the being of the legal entity (idea, norm, thing, human being) is derived from the involvement in the law event.

Keywords ontology of law, legal sense, the essence of law, legal entity.
