The article is sanctified to the problem of anticorruption of criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine. In this context authors has formulated the definition and value of anticorruption standards of criminal judicial legislation, offered their system, exposed the main tendencies of legislation in the direction of creation of mechanisms of counteraction and prevention of corruption trend.
