In this article the author probed questions, related to consideration of disputes is about labour of subjects of imperious powers (physical persons). The author is set, that today the special order exists of consideration of disputes about labor which belong to all subjects of imperious powers (physical persons), rather than just that her separate category that is certain in an item 222 Labor code of Ukraine.
