The article considers the practical aspects of application of offenses under administrative law for the protection order and safety in railway transport, stressed on increasing penalties for violations of these rules. Analyzed the reasons for and signs of administrative responsibility. For the study of certain provisions is a statistical analysis of data revealed administrative offenses on the railways of Ukraine.
