In article is analyzed the problematics of legislative maintenance and functioning of the Supreme Court of Ukraine. Analyzed the status of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, its place in domestic judicial system in comparison with foreign analogues. Formulated offers of improvement of an overall performance of the highest judicial body of Ukraine.
