Article is devoted problems of legal regulation of administrative responsibility of the head of public institution of higher education for offences of the educational legislation. Is conducted comparative analysis of the national legislation and the legislation of other states by which the research question is regulated. Problems of legislative regulation are defined and also ways of their decision are offered.
