| Annotation | The article is aimed at showing the correlation between the institute of constitutional complaint as one of priority directions of improvement of Ukrainian constitutional justice and the rule of law. The basic elements of rule of law are considered. Through the conception of these elements the sense of constitutional complaint as the display of effect of rule of law is inquired. Importance of introduction of institute of constitutional complaint in order to enhance the rule of law in Ukraine is proved. |
