The article analyzes the current trends in the regulation of property relationship in family. Entering into force of the new Civil (CC) and Family (SC) Code of Ukraine significantly affected the general order of regulation of relations in the family. There is an organic «interpenetration» provisions of the CC and IC Ukraine, civil and family law in general, reflecting the unity of the legal matter in private law.
