This article analyzes the concept, nature and characteristics of a civil contract. Special attention is paid to multilateral and bilateral agreements, relationships between the parties of such agreements. The authors examine legal provisions concerning refundable/gratuitous civil agreements, highlight the features and the possible consequences of naming agreements.
