The article is devoted to analysis of legal categories of «interests protected by law», «legal interests», «juridical interests». Points to the differences in their application to subjective rights and legitimate interests. Made the general conclusion that the interests protected by law can be realized as well as on all stages of contract’s conclusion, so during its executing. Argued that the contact is the balance of individual interests, which established in form of will.
