Article is devoted to problem issues of license contract. The author characterizes the main features of the license contract, the basic problems of legal regulation of related relations. Also he analyzes the correlation between the term license and license contract. The conclusion that the license is the part of the license contract has been made. Factors have been examined that have an influence on determination of norms of the Civil Code and other legislation which have to be taken into account bythe future members of a license contract during entering into it. As well the problem issues of requirements to parties of license contract are analyzed.
