The article analyzes the methods of acquiring practical skills by law students, focuses on the need to introduce interactive techniques, mastering students with techniques of legal argumentation, and legal language. The author turns to historical and foreign experiences, reveals the «bottlenecks» of practical training of law students, justifies the advisability of wider introduction of student legal clinics.
