Annotation | The influence of the coup on October 25, 1917, on the process of formation of the state in Ukraine is investigated. Having conquered the coup, the Ukrainian Central Rada is changing the autonomous vector in the national-state rebirth into an independent state. The result of this was the adoption of the III Universal, which proclaimed the Ukrainian People’s Republic (UPR). An external program and internal social and economic tasks of the UNR (participation in the world conference, socialization of land, 8-hour working day, amnesty, etc.) are analyzed. The study of the problematic provisions of the III Universal, in particular the question of federative ties with Russia and their consequences for the process of state formation, was conducted. |
