Annotation

In the current article the legal nature and properties of inflation are studied. It is justified the conclusion that inflation belongs to the anthroposociocultural phenomena and therefore it has along with other basic qualities its legal nature. The latter is conditioned by: the existential order of the human realm; the transcendental nature of the exchange of goods between people and their communities; the insoluble in the paradigmatic limits of human civilization contradiction between human needs for goods that grow in a geometric progression and the human possibilities for satisfying them that increase in the arithmetic progression. This originates an inevitable inflation of the good. It is disclosed the fundamental legal characteristics of inflation: its beingness; spontaneity; generality; processuality; the ability to be a natural self-regulator of the goods distribution between individuals in the community.
