The article makes an attempt of scientific research concerning the extrapolation of theoretical approaches to the sphere of humanitarian knowledge of modern praxeology for the purpose of developing methodological support for studies of the organization of the activities of the prosecutor’s office for the implementation of the representative function. Praxeological framework of the organization of the prosecutor’s office in the implementation of the  representative function are described as planning; information and analytical work; distribution  of  duties; control of execution; quality assessment. It is established that the praxeological framework of the organization of the Prosecutor’s Office in the implementation of the representative function create its dynamic component in the overall system of prosecutor management, ensure the quality and effectiveness of such activities.
