Article is devoted to problems of determination of content, intrinsic signs and internal creation of system of constitutional right of Ukraine as leading branch of national public law. The Sources and genesis of system of constitutional right, its current state and the prospects of further development are analyzed. Internal creation of multidimensional system of constitutional right of Ukraine is opened, the essence, contents and functional purpose of its main components (elements) are defined. The problem of a ratio of system of constitutional right of Ukraine with system of the Constitution of Ukraine and system of the constitutional legislation in general is investigated.
