The article is devoted to the study of the stages of implementation of e-Justice in the Civil Process of Ukraine over the past decades. It is pointed out that electronic justice in Ukraine is at the stage of its formation and only a small part of its elements is legislatively fixed and practically implemented at present. The draft of the new Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine provides for the introduction of «full-scale» e-justice into the Civil Process through the existence of a Single Judicial Information and Communication System.
